The Idea

A podcast is essentially a fairly short radio-show made in episodes that’s aired on the internet and sometimes through a radio station. There are thousands of them on every topic you can imagine and some have a very loyal fan base. People listen to them for entertainment or education mostly – in their cars, on their phones, while in bed, with friends, cooking etc.

Long term strategy

This is a long-game strategy because you need to buy equipment, practise recording, come up with topics, host interviews, edit and then try to get a following. Most of them don’t make it off the ground, but the successful ones have a unique advertising channel and a way to get the attention of potential clients and partners.
